Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access until then.
Scrape limits are soft — jobs are deferred, not dropped. Worker and storage limits queue or prune data gracefully. API rate limits return a 429 with a retry-after header. You can upgrade at any time to lift the cap.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice.
Your workspace data belongs to you. PyroSync operates the infrastructure, workers, and reliability layer, while you control exports, retention, deletion, and downstream usage.
You keep access through the end of the paid billing period. Export needed datasets before access ends. After cancellation, stored data follows your plan retention window or enterprise agreement, then becomes eligible for deletion.
You get a 7-day grace period with full access while we retry the charge. If payment is not resolved after the grace period, your workspace moves to Free-tier limits. No data is deleted.
